“Doomsday” is set to be released in May 2026, and “Secret Wars” in May 2027. In these films, RDJ will not be reprising his role as Iron Man but will instead take on the character of the supervillain Victor Von Doom.

Victor Von Doom is the most terrifying and powerful villain in the Marvel Comics universe. He dreams of becoming the ruler of the universe while aiming for the ultimate item, posing the greatest threat to the heroes. Upon introduction, a man wearing a metal mask appeared, and as he threw off the mask, Robert Downey Jr. emerged in a dramatic performance.
